Payment Methods

We accept PayPal and PayPal-supported credit cards. PayPal ensures secure transactions for both parties.

Cancellation Policy

• Pre-order Items: Full refunds are available until shipment begins. After shipment begins, cancellations cannot be accepted.
• In-stock Items: Cancellations must be requested via email (tomiitomii1021@gmail.com) before shipment begins. Refunds will exclude PayPal processing fees.

Shipping Schedule

• Pre-order Items: These are full-payment reservations with production timelines listed on each product page. Shipment dates differ from in-stock items.
• In-stock Items: Processed within 5-8 business days after ordering.
• International Delivery:

1. Standard International Shipping: Approx. 5 weeks after dispatch (subject to customs processing)
2. Express International Shipping: 8-10 business days after dispatch.

Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs inspections or holidays. Tracking information will be provided upon shipment.

Combining Pre-orders & In-stock Items

By default, all items ship together once pre-orders are ready. For split shipments, email us (tomiitomii1021@gmail.com) to pay additional fees via PayPal.

Order Consolidation

Contact us before shipment to merge multiple orders and refund excess shipping costs.

Address Verification & Changes

• Double-check your shipping address at checkout. Tracking deliveries is the customer’s responsibility.
• To modify an address:

1. Email tomiitomii1021@gmail.com with your order number + new address.
2. If address changes incur fees, we’ll send a PayPal invoice before resuming shipment.

Return & Refund Policy

We generally do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, except in the following cases:

Wrong Item Shipped

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days with photo/video evidence. We will either:

• Resend the correct item, or
• Issue a partial refund

Damaged or Lost Items

Damaged goods: Provide an unboxing video (showing sealed package, damage, and labels) within 7 days.
Lost packages: Send your order + tracking number. We will file a claim with the carrier, but compensation depends on their policy (full refunds not guaranteed).

⚠ Important Notes:

• No refunds for lost package if tracking shows "delivered" or "ready for pickup".
• Once status is "handed to carrier", responsibility transfers to them (though we'll assist with claims).
